The pros for the Dasher Direct card are you don’t have to pay $1.99 to cash out (only limited to once a day), and you have your money each time you end your dash. So if you can deal with the hassle of transferring money via Apple Wallet while your card arrives, I would say it’s worth it (so far).

I tried linking my dasher direct card to cash app to transfer some money in my cash app account to it and it didn't work. I think it functions very similar to one of those prepaid visa cards if that makes sense. Really that’s pretty lame, I thought I was full fleshed out debit card lol. Dang.Especially since it’s a debit card. And it’s yours. I read in the dasher direct fine print it said some gas stations will put a hold of $50 on your card. If you don’t have that much on your card it won’t let you pay at the pump. If you don’t want or can’t have that hold on your card to just go inside to pay.

The dasher direct card charges a fee for that. So I use a free atm listed in the app and then go to my bank and deposit through the bank atm. It’s a pain sometimes but it’s well worth it. Otherwise the online transfer takes more than 3 days to complete.
